He is an alumnus of the University of Lagos and the Institute of Maritime Law, University of Southampton, United Kingdom. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003 and is a member of the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association. He is a seasoned intellectual property lawyer and has authored several articles in the field of intellectual property law.
